TAMPA FL - Rep. Matt Gaetz explained to a young audience at a conference here Saturday, that women who protest against abortion access are less likely get pregnant because they're not attractive.
"Why is this that abortions are so popular among women with low chances of getting pregnant?" Gaetz said. "Nobody will immunize you if it looks like a thumb."

Gaetz stated that "these people, on the inside as well as out" They are approximately 5'2, 350lbs. And they seem like they want to have abortions. I find it hard to believe that these people can march in protest. You look like your ankles are weaker that the legal reasoning behind Roevs Wade. They need to get up and start marching. They should get up and march for an hour every day, swing those arms, pump their blood, and maybe even have a little bit of salad.

Jezebel called Gaetz’s comments "cartoonishly and misogynist." It said that the statement sounds "shocking" to hear from a member Congress. This is especially in light of the overwhelming support for abortion rights across the country and the fact, that a 10-year-old girl rape victim was recently denied legal abortion in her home state.

Trump gave Gaetz an ovation Saturday, calling Gaetz "a great guy... a tough guy... what wonderful guys."
